CAT 2 Flame Resistant Neck Gaiter
We have now created a CAT 2 rated version of our flame-resistant face mask which has an Arc Rating of (ATPV) = 8.7 cal/cm2. In addition, this FR Cloth Face Covering (FRCFC) now meets the requirements of NFPA 2112-2018. We created our original arc and flame-resistant neck gaiters for a company whose employees were having to deal with the shavings from creosote poles blowing into their faces while they were drilling from a bucket. We were able to provide a solution that provides protection from this debris as well as FR protection. Other trades such as oil & gas workers and welders also find our neck gaiters to be a great form of protection as well.
Made from our 6.2 oz., FR cotton jersey material, our FR neck gaiter is soft and comfortable to wear, lightweight and safe to wear against your skin. We added an asymmetrical ribbed panel to provide stretch so it will fit almost any size head and it is Made in the USA. You can wash it with your regular laundry (no bleach or fabric softener) and it comes with a lifetime repair/replacement warranty. As long as you haven’t lost it, we will repair or replace any tears or rips for free, even if you were the cause of the damage.
