Fire Retardant Shirts Return Policy:
- Products returned for reasons other than defects are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- FireRetardantShirts.com has a 15 day returns and exchanges policy. Original shipping cost is not eligible for refund after your order has been shipped.
- Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes, sizing problems, packages that were returned from the shipping carrier due to wrong mailing address, returned to sender packages and packages denied at the time of delivery.
- In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
- FireRetardantShirts.com will only honor the exchange of a product. Exchange must be for the same product. In the event that the retail store where you purchased the item is no longer in business or reachable, FireRetardantShirts.com will exchange the merchandise for that of equal value. Shipping charges will only be covered by FireRetardantShirts.com in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.
- All sales are final for Closeout Items and Open Box Items. We don't accept returns for Closeout Items and Open Box Items.
- Gifts may be exchanged only if original hangtags are attached and the product has not been washed or worn. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.
- Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as FireRetardantShirts.com does not give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing of products.
- A returned item must be in the original packaging as it was shipped and in new, sellable condition, not washed or laundered, or used.
- Open Box items may or may not contain tags, defects, and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
- To make a Return or Exchange:
1.) Contact us at Sales@FireRetardantShirts.com or (505) 308-3100 to get an RA (Returns Authorization) number.
2.) Write this number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us. We recommend using UPS to ship your return. If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package. Ensure that the RMA number is on the outside of the box and on the shipping label. We will supply the return address and instructions for your return or exchange on a per order basis.
